Chicken with Apricot Sauce and Macadamias
Ingredients
6 boneless chicken breasts |
425 gram tin apricots |
Instructions
- Split chicken breasts and make a small pocket in each.
- Mix cream cheese and nuts together.
- Fill chicken pockets with cheese and nut mixture.
- Cook in oven slowly.
- Heat apricots on stove and thicken with cornflour.
- Serve apricot sauce over the chicken.
