2TB olive oil
finely chopped parsley
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Melt oil and butter in a baking dish.
- Add garlic, place in oven to heat.
- Remove when hot and turn fish in the mixture.
- Sprinkle each piece lightly with salt and paprika.
- Spoon 1tsp soya sauce over each fillet and sprinkle with parsley.
- Top each fillet with macadamia nuts.
- Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes or until cooked, basting with juices a couple of times.
