Karengo Macadamia Fish Fillets

Ingredients 

Fillets of fish
egg

 

Macadamia and Karengo Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Beat egg and coat fish.
  2. Sprinkle fish with Macadamia and Karengo Seasoning.
  3. Fry until just cooked. 
  4. Serve with a green salad drizzled with Harbourside Macadamia Lemon Infused Oil.
