Chocolate Fudge Brownie

Ingredients 

2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
350 gram dark chocolate melts
3 eggs

 

200 gram butter
1 cup macadamia pieces

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate together.
  2. In a food processor mix the sugar, eggs, vanilla essence and chocolate/butter mixture until smooth.
  3. Mix in the flour then add the nuts.
  4. Line a sponge roll tin with baking paper and pour in the mixture.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
  6. Cool before removing and cut into wedges.
  7. Serve with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.

 

Fudge Sauce:
375 gram dark chocolate melts
300 mls cream
1 -2 TB macadamia liqueur

 

Stir chocolate and cream over gentle heat until melted, add liqueur to combine.
