90 gram roasted macadamia pieces
375 gram chocolate buttons
- Mix together the macadamias, marshmallows, cranberries and coconut.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave or in a heat proof bowl placed over a pot of simmering water.
- Pour cooled melted chocolate evenly over the marshmallow mixture.
- Spoon mixture into a 18 cm square cake tin lined with baking paper.
- Refrigerate until set. Cut into pieces with a sharp knife.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or a cool place.
