Macadamia Guacamole


Ripe avocadoes
2 TB lemon juice
1 clove garlic crushed
1 tomato finely chopped


¼ cup onion finely chopped
¼ tsp ground cumin
¼ cup chopped roasted macadamia nuts
3 drops hot chilli sauce.


  1. Coarsely mash the avocadoes with a fork.
  2. Add lemon juice and garlic.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients to blend.
  4. Serve with tortillas, toasted pita bread or crackers.
