Macadamia Chocolate Slice


½ cup chopped dried apricots
1-2 TB macadamia liqueur
250 gram dark chocolate


125 gram pkt shortbread biscuits
75 gram macadamia nuts
½ 400 gram can condensed milk


  1. Soak apricots in liqueur for 10 minutes.
  2. Crush biscuits in kitchen whiz.
  3. Melt dark chocolate (microwave on medium 2 mins the 1min).
  4. Add condensed milk.
  5. Mix all ingredients well.
  6. Press into a greased bar tray.
  7. Slice thinly. Keep in fridge.


Top with roasted macadamia slithers.
