Roast Vegetables and Macadamia Dukkah

Ingredients 

Par boil cubed vegetables – potato, kumara, pumpkin

 

 

 

Instructions

  1. Dry vegetables.
  2. Place in roasting dish with olive oil.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Sprinkle with Macadamia Dukkah cook for another 10 minutes.
